ormula 1 is one of the biggest global TV draws behind the Football World Cup and the Olympics. The 2005 Canadian Grand Prix for example, attracted the second largest global TV audience of any sporting event that year with 53 million viewers, behind only the UEFA Champions League final. The sport is know for its champions including; Alain Prost, Ayrton Senna, Nigel Mansell, Keke Rosberg, Niki Lauda, Nelson Piquet and Gerhard Berger from the recent past and the likes of Mario Andretti, Ronnie Peterson, Carlos Reutemann and Gilles Villeneuve from a generation past.
